Learn fundamentals of arm balances and inversions aka - going upside down!
Work through a core and shoulder strengthening will allow you to prepare for building the postures safely, from the ground up. An emphasis on body awareness, technique and finding modifications to suit your individual practice with lots of demonstration and options will be provided.
You will also be introduced to Calisthenics to build your strength in preparation to balance and get strong.
We will be working with postures like Crow, Side Crow, Flying splits and headstand.
This is suitable for complete beginners. Come and play, deepen your yoga practice and learn a new skill which should go to the top of your Yoga CV :)
