Hot Bikram Yoga – The original hot yoga! A structured sequence of 26 postures practiced in the heat, designed to detoxify, strengthen, and boost flexibility. A total-body experience that leaves you feeling lighter, stronger, and mentally recharged.


Heated HIIT Pilates – A high-energy, low-impact, core-blasting pilates workout using heat, music, and motivation to torch fat, sculpt muscles, and improve endurance. Think Pilates meets bootcamp, but in the heat!


Hot Pilates with Weights  – Take your workout up a notch with resistance training in the heat. Sculpt, strengthen, and sweat like never before.


Yin Yoga in the Warm  – The ultimate deep-stretch recovery session. Long, meditative holds allow your body to fully unwind and restore.
