Attend and actively participate in our comprehensive 2 day training program, where you will learn the fundamentals of Hot Pilates with weights, including proper technique, sequencing, and safety considerations.
Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive your certification on the following day. This certification acknowledges your proficiency in teaching Hot Pilates with weights and demonstrates your commitment to professional development.
