  • WHY THE HEAT?

    The heat makes it SAFER, it makes you stretch DEEPER and SWEAT MORE – all of which contribute to a great workout and a high after class. You are using your biggest organ, your skin, to detox. Our state of the art heating system heats up the room as well as providing humidity and a constant stream of fresh oxygen – making it breathable and balmy. You will never want to work out in a cold room again! If you want to keep it chill, Our Group PT Classes are unheated strength + conditioning sessions for women only. Our restorative Yin Yoga is also a gentle warm rather than hot.

  • DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

    book you in. 


    We require 3 hours notice to cancel any bookings to avoid late cancel and no show fees.

  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

    We provide complimentary mats to practice on. If you prefer to bring your own,

    please feel free.


    For hot classes please bring a large towel to cover your mat. We also rent these at

    £3 and sell them for £29. Also bring a water bottle which you can fill with filtered, cold

    water at our filling station. 


    Please come to class well hydrated and on an empty stomach. A light meal 2 hours

    before or a snack 1 hour before is ideal!

  • WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

    The studio is open 15  minutes before class. Try to arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first time. Latecomers will not be admitted as we start class promptly. 

  • IS THERE PARKING AND SHOWERS?

    We have 3 hours free and unlimited parking on site. We have changing rooms and

    shower facilities as well as hairdryers and complimentary organic products.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

    Leggings or shorts plus a vest top is perfect! For heated classes, stretchy fabric

    rather than cotton and nothing baggy. Leave as much skin uncovered as you can to

    allow the sweat to flow! All classes are performed on a mat with bare feet or socks

    for unheated Group PT.

  • CAN I EAT BEFORE CLASS?

    A light meal 2 hours before class is perfect.

  • HOW HOT ARE YOUR CLASSES?

    Our Hot Pilates classes are heated to around 35°C, while Hot Yoga is slightly warmer at around 40°C.


    However, our studio uses premium heating systems that include humidity control and fresh oxygen, which helps keep the environment comfortable, breathable, and safe to work out in. You’ll feel the benefits of the heat — like improved mobility and flexibility — while still feeling comfortable and supported throughout your workout. Group PT and Restorative Yin Yoga are both unheated.

  • DO I NEED TO BE FIT AND FLEXIBLE TO JOIN?

    Absolutely not. In fact, it’s a common misconception that you need to be flexible to start Yoga or Pilates - the truth is, you’ll often gain the most benefit because you’re starting from where you are.


    Our classes are designed for real bodies + real women of all fitness levels, with

    modifications and guidance to support you every step of the way. You’ll be encouraged to

    work at your own pace and move in a way that feels right for your body.


    By practicing regularly and using proper technique, you’ll experience the full physical and therapeutic benefits — all while safely building strength, mobility, and confidence over time.

  • HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE?

    Most people aim to attend 4–6 classes during their first 2 weeks to get comfortable and start feeling the benefits. After that, we offer flexible credit-based memberships so you can choose a routine that suits your lifestyle and goals.


    For the best results, we recommend aiming for around 3 classes per week to build

    strength, consistency, and confidence over time.

  • CAN I PRACTISE IF I AM PREGNANT?

    If you are pregnant, please let your instructor know as soon as possible. For your

    safety, we ask that you wait until after 12 weeks before returning to classes.

    After this time, you’ll be fully supported by our team, who are trained in pregnancy-

    safe modifications, so you can continue your practice with confidence and care

    throughout your journey.

  • HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO ATTEND?

    16 years old. Your sweat glands need to be fully formed and you need to be able to concentrate and listen for the full class.
