When? When? Saturday 1st March, 2.30-4.30pm
Where? SweatFiit Cardiff (Just off Newport Road)
Duration? 120 minutes.
Level? Complete beginners.
What to bring? Just yourself & mat if you prefer. We have all props in studio & mats to borrow.
Is it heated? The room will be pre-heated to a toasty 25 degrees. As the temperature drops you will make use of the yoga blankets. Snuggly socks and jumper also recommended. Think max comfort.
How many? Numbers are limited to 10 for comfort, space and a deeply personal experience.

Throughout this workshop we will be using the power and therapeutic nature of touch to promote healing, harmony and wellbeing.
Not only will this be a fantastic opportunity to dive deeper into your own practice by looking more in depth at our Yin Yoga poses, but we will limit the number to 10 people, meaning you will get plenty of hands on adjustments and modification. The personal touch.
Warm oils, facial mists, candles and crystals will help to ease you into total bliss and relaxation. Eye masks, blankets, bolsters and blocks in our warm heated room will enhance your relaxation and restore your body in a deep way, promoting healing and happiness.
This slow Yin Yoga style practice seeks to create a state in which we can listen to ourselves and love our bodies as they are. Finishing in meditation to softly check in with our bodies and hearts.

Your Teacher – Sophie Stocks – Bio
Sophie’s Yin Yoga classes will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and in a sense of blissful calm. She has been known to bring grown men to tears in her classes – I guess we could call that her superpower. She will make you feel inspired, emotional and totally in tune with yourself and your body. 😊
With 500-hours of training under her belt, including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative & Pregnancy, Sophie brings experience, softness and always centres her teachings around deep relaxation and restoration,
She works to hold space for each individual in the room, with focus on inclusivity, accessibility and female empowerment.
Her classes combine gentle movements, flowing sequencing, breathwork, meditation and yoga philosophy and will take you on a journey to find harmony on your own body and peace in your own heart.
Fun fact – Sophie is also a fully qualified Hypnobirthing Instructor and has helped many a mama to be through her birthing journey.
