The Bootcamp will consist of:


Small Group Personal Training Sessions:

Enjoy 3 x small group tailored strength sessions per week at 6am & 7am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 6.30pm Monday and Wednesday and 5.30pm Friday. Choose your preferred 45 minute slot and expect a targeted workout that will burn fat and tone muscle using a variety of bodyweight, conditioning and strength training exercises!

 

There is NO required level of fitness to start! We coach the person and not the program and will build you up over time.


Eating Plan:

Say Goodbye to soul-destroying calorie counting and yo-yo dieting. Our eating plan will teach you how to eat healthy food in healthy amounts in a simple way, that is sustainable for life!

 

We will upscale your metabolism, increase protein, balance out blood sugar levels and ensure you are eating enough good fats. Supporting you to make better choices whilst building lean muscle and getting rid of stubborn belly fat! Expect to lose at lest 3-5kg over the 6 weeks and lose several inches from your waist and hips as your body tones up.

Accountability:

Accountability is the key to progress. You'll receive daily support and accountability for your nutrition and steps. Additionally, you'll have the benefit of 1:1 support from our Women's Coach, Sarah. With us by your side, you'll stay on track and motivated throughout the entire journey.

Bootcamp has been such an all-encompassing experience. As a mother of two boys, my goal was to become stronger for the future, for myself and my boys!
