Amazing studio and teachers! I started practicing Original Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates here a few months ago, as very much a newbie. The class is so encouraging and nailing the poses becomes addictive. Such a good sweaty workout for all abilities and with practising regularly I’ve already seen so many benefits.
