“Being affiliated to a studio like Sweatfiit has been the most valuable aspect to my training, as I could maintain and build on my own regular practice during teacher training, and had the support of friendly faces and a familiar space which took the edge off the nerves of teaching my first class. Teacher training at Sweatfiit has changed my career path which I did not expect. I used to work full time as a nurse in the NHS, I now teach regularly at Sweatfiit, and have set up my own business with a view to spreading the power of Hot Yoga far and wide. Sarah is an inspiration to work with as much as she is an inspiration to sweat with, and I have learnt so much more than postures through training at Sweatfiit”

“I had the pleasure of doing Teacher Training with Sarah last year, 2022 Class of Bikram Yoga TT and it was absolutely fantastic! It develops your practice, your confidence and your knowledge. Sarah can turn you into a fantastic teacher of any kind. Just do it!”

A: If you wait to feel strong enough or good enough, it is never going to happen! It’s not about being the strongest at squats or the fastest at burpees, it’s about good form, good energy, and a passion for helping others transform their lives and health! If you want an additional source of income as well as a brand-new transferrable skill, on your CV, this is the training for you!
A: There are no formal entry requirements for this Hot Pilates instructor course, although if you do have a fitness instructor or personal trainer qualification, you will be at a slight advantage. We do however insist that you have experience of attending Hot Pilates classes regularly. This will enable you to get the best possible head start.
A: At SweatFIIT HQ on the following 3 weekends: in Cardiff: 21.10.23, 22.10.23, 25.11.23, 26.11.23 & 9.12.23, 10.12.23.
A: Mentorship. As with all our SweatFIIT teacher trainings, we are not looking to just hand you a certificate and wish you luck! We also want to ensure that you have taught live classes, so you feel confident to teach straight away. You will receive business training as part of your 50 hours, as well as 5-10 mock and in person classes at SWEATFIIT. You will receive feedback from these classes and mentorship from our teachers to ensure you are ready to get out there and put your new skills to the test!
YES! Pilates instructors make between £25-50 per class depending on where they teach & the seniority of the teacher. You have many options when teaching including in-person classes, online classes & private 121 classes. Whether you choose to make it a full-time passion or supplement your current income, we will go through your choices at teacher training and support you every step of the way!
You must be able to make 90% of the dates or you will not graduate. If there are times that you cannot make it to the studio, we will expect you to attend live on Zoom.
We cannot guarantee a regular teaching slot at SweatFIIT but there will be the opportunities to teach for the strongest trainees. Out of 8 of our SweatFIIT Yoga trainees, 4 are currently teaching at SweatFIIT. You may choose to teach at other studios, online or even set up your own business! One thing we can guarantee is that your mindset and body will be so strong by the end of this training and we will support you with the tools required to achieve your goals, whatever they might be!
