High intensity interval training (HIIT) using Pilates principles. This fun and challenging class is designed to strengthen your muscles, boost your metabolism and burn fat – all without the pounding of a high impact workout. We work on the core and posture for the first half of class as this is the area where most of us need help!
If the word ”routine” makes you think “boring”, our flow classes are the perfect antidote. All our flow classes are loosely based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, but with a modern twist. Moving the body in a free and intuitive way, these classes give you the freedom to explore variations and modifications of all the postures, so your practice can grow and develop, along with your level of ability.
Our Hot Sculpt classes are a combination of Pilates & fitness - we incorporate hand weights and resistance bands for an added strength challenge – expect to feel tighter and stronger!
Think of your traditional exercise moves - squats, lunges interspersed with some sweaty cardio, all with the added resistance and heat to enhance the depth of your moves and promote a sweaty glow! All moves are low impact & kinds to the joints. This class always has a different theme, legs, abs & buns, arms & full body to keep your body guessing!
